Download Events PCAP file

The following guide describes how you can download a PCAP file of your SIM card Events.

Please note that to be able to download a PCAP file you need to be inside a Thing Menu Event logs section. You may check out this guide on how to go to Thing Menu Events section.

When you are inside Thing Menu Events section, please follow these steps:

1. Filter Event logs time by desired timeframe. You may check out on how to do this following this link.

2. Press on Collect PCAP button.
