# Onboarding Process

Welcome to Monogoto! We’re thrilled to have you on board. Our onboarding process is designed to ensure a seamless transition and help you maximize the value of our services. Here’s everything you need to know about getting started with Monogoto.

## **Onboarding Overview**

The onboarding process begins as soon as your order of SIMs is delivered. You will receive an email from a Customer Success Manager (CSM) assigned to your account, officially kicking off the two-week onboarding period. During this time, our team will monitor your connectivity progress and provide proactive support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Additionally, we encourage you to schedule a training session with our team to get personalized guidance. These sessions will help you familiarize yourself with Monogoto’s features and ensure you’re fully equipped to utilize our services effectively.

Our goal is to help you quickly integrate and start using Monogoto effectively, so you can focus on achieving your business goals.

## **Data Usage During the Onboarding Period**

During the onboarding period, each of your four SIMs comes with a free data quota of **100MB**. This allows you to test and explore Monogoto's connectivity services without incurring additional charges. Feel free to utilize this quota to set up your devices and familiarize yourself with the platform's features.

## **Recommendations During the Onboarding Period**

1. Test the SIMs to ensure connectivity and functionality.

3. Ask questions and reach out to your CSM for support or clarification.
4. Schedule a training session to get personalized guidance and maximize your use of Monogoto.

## **Onboarding Period End**

At the end of the onboarding period, you will receive an email from your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) summarizing the onboarding experience. Following this, your SIMs will be transitioned to the PAY billing plan, allowing for continued seamless usage of Monogoto's services.
