# Embedded SIM (MFF4)

**MFF4 embedded** SIMs deliver the same global cellular connectivity as MFF2 in an ultra-compact, soldered package. At just 2 × 2 mm, MFF4 is the smallest discrete eUICC form factor available, freeing up valuable PCB space for sensors, batteries and radios. It is the perfect choice for size-constrained IoT devices such as wearables, asset trackers, e-bikes and compact gateways, including devices that move between cities and countries or are deployed in remote environments. ## MFF4 packaging

## What is ICCID and where to find it?

ICCID stands for Integrated Circuit Card ID. This is a globally unique identification number for the SIM itself. ICCID number consists of 19 or 20 digits and is printed on the back of the embedded SIM. ### Checking physical embedded SIM

ICCID on Embedded Monogoto SIM can be found on the embedded SIM chip itself.

### Using AT commands

If your device supports the use of AT commands, then you can also check the ICCID by using an AT command.
