How to find Thing Menu Events

This section describes how to get to Thing Menu Events.

It is possible to go to Thing Menu Events section in may ways, but we advise you to use one out of two ways:

Going to Thing Menu Event logs via Thing section in the portal

1. Login to the Monogoto portal.

2. Go to Things section of the portal.

3. Select a Thing from the list of seen Things in the portal.

4. Use scroll bar, to scroll down to the end of the Thing Menu page.

5. Check Events section of the Thing Menu page.

Going to Thing Menu Event logs using search bar functionality in the portal

1. Login to the Monogoto portal.

2. Press on Search bar.

3. Enter a SIM card ICCID number.

4. Press Enter key on your keyboard.

5. Select a Thing from search results.

6. Use scroll bar, to scroll down to the end of the Thing Menu page.

7. Check Events section of the Thing Menu page.
