Create New Alert

To create a new alert, follow these steps:

1. Click Alerts from the sidebar menu.

2. Click on Add New Alert button.

3. Enter a Name for the new alert.

4. Enter a Description for the new alert.

5. Select an alert Metric (alert type).

6. Enter a Trigger If identifier. (must be a positive integer)

7. Select a Severity level for the alert.

– Critical

– Error

– Warning

– Info

8. Click Select to assign the alert to a Group of Things or Tags.

9. Select a Group of Things from the list and click Save.

10. Select an alert Action:

– Suspend Device

– Block Data

– Refresh Connection

– Alert Webhook

– Send SMS to Thing

11. Click Save & Close to update alert settings in system database.
