Foxconn T99B226

The Foxconn T99B226 is an a compact, high output power, resilient CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service) LTE compliant Small Cell. This device is water and dust resistant (IP65) and can be pole mounted, making it suitable to be deployed both indoors and outdoors.

The LTE CA technology deployed in this outdoor small cell is compliant with the specifications defined by IEEE 3GPP alliance. This small cell has four LTE antenna ports and one GPS antenna port and is powered by a 56V DC PoE. Its LTE interface operates in CBRS band and supports SAS (Spectrum Access System). By using GPS timing synchronization, handover between various small cells can be achieved. This is essential for scenarios that require quick switches between base stations, such as AGV (Automatic Guide Vehicle) that is used in factory automation.

Quick Navigation

Prerequisites

  • Foxconn T99B226

  • Mikrotik RB4011 router

  • Configuration data to connect the eNodeB to Monogoto cloud Reach out to support@monogoto.io if you haven't received the config data yet

Getting Started

The T99B226 does NOT support Local Break Out (LBO), thus all data is going to Monogoto’s cloud before being forwarded to the customer's endpoint.

  • Connect an ethernet cable from port 1 of the Mikrotik RB4011 router to an ethernet port and connect the power cable.

  • Connect an ethernet cable from the eNodeB to the Mikrotik RB4011 router and connect it to power.

  • When the eNodeB powers on, LED3 will turn green. When the ethernet link is up, LED2 will turn green.
