# Add New User

To add a new user, follow these steps:

1\.       Click **Users** from the sidebar menu.

2\.       Select the **Users** tab.

3\.       Click **Add New User**.

4\.       Define the user **Profile** settings:

–      Username (must be a valid email address)

–      First Name

–      Last Name

–      Description (optional)

5\.       Select a **Role** for the user.

6\.       Click **Save & Close** to define user in system database.

7\.       The user will get a verification email, where he will choose his own password.
