This guide will help you to get familiar with the Monogoto hub.
The Mongoto Hub, is the primary access to our service. It provides a simple user experience with a clear overview of your account, including new features such as insights notifications, 3rd party integrations, billing information and more. In case advanced configuration is required, the hub provides you with a seamless login into the Monogoto console.

Getting Started

In order to start using Monogoto hub, you will need the following:
  • Monogoto SIM card Monogoto SIMs come in the sizes: 2FF (standard), 3FF (micro), 4FF (nano) and MFF2 (embedded). You can request a free SIM card here.
  • Access to the Monogoto console An invite to the Monogoto console is sent along with your SIM card. The console can be accessed via the link
  • Access to the Monogoto hub An invite to the Monogoto hub should be sent automatically to your users that you have in the Monogoto console. The hub can be accessed via the link

Access the Monogoto Hub

Visit the hub via the link
Please note the following information:
  • Login information is same like you are using in Monogoto console
  • Email address is case sensitive, thus please make sure to match the login credentials with user information in Monogoto console
  • In case you can not login into Monogoto hub with the same user as you are using in Monogoto console, then please contact Monogoto Support
After entering your credentials and pressing on Send Code button a confirmation code will be sent to your entered email address.
Once you are logged in into the Monogoto hub, you should see Dashboard in which you can see information about your Things (meaning your SIM cards).

General Elements of Hub

In Monogoto hub you have some options that are always shown no matter in what section you are located, for the clarity purposes lets call them general elements of the HUB.

General elements of the hub explained:

    Sections of the hub. This is where you can select needed section of the hub that you would like to access.
  2. 2.
    Sections minimization. Pressing on this button hides text of the sections and leaves only icons.
  3. 3.
    Advanced configurations. This button will open your Monogoto console.
  4. 4.
    Forum button. This button will open Monogoto community forum.
  5. 5.
    Help button. Using this button you can request for help or ask for questions Monogoto Support.
  6. 6.
    Log out button. This button will log you out of the hub.

Sections in the Hub

Monogoto hub has multiple sections that are meant to help you to categorize the management of the hub platform. You can learn more about each section of the Monogoto hub by pressing on one of the below mentioned sections.
