Thing Menu Events explained

This section describes the Thing Events purpose and teaches customers how to understand Event logs showing SIM card activity.

Customers that are interested in their SIM card activity or want to check the reason for failures, can check Thing Event logs to have the full understanding what the SIM cards are doing and in a case of an issue even how to be able to troubleshoot some issues on their own.
