Please note that to be able to download Thing Menu Events CSV file you need to be inside a Thing Menu Event logs section. You may check out this guide on how to go to Thing Menu Events section.
In addition, kindly note that if timeframe is not selected, then the exported CSV will show last 7 days Event Logs information.
When you are inside Thing Menu Events section, please follow these steps:
1. Filter Event logs time by desired timeframe. You may check out how to do this following this link.
2. Press on Export as CSV button.
